Drafting a Common Specification for US and EPO Practice - CLE Approved

Chris Francis of Bejin Bieneman PLC and Sullivan Fountain of Keltie LLP will discuss drafting a common specification for filing and prosecution in both the USPTO and the EPO.  The discussion will include comparison and contrast between USPTO and EPO practice on the topics of claim drafting, description drafting, and prosecution.  These topics will be accompanied by practice pointers and considerations for drafting a single patent application for effective and efficient filing and prosecution before both Offices.  

The January webinar has been approved CLE credits in Indiana, Minnesota, New York, Ohio, and South Carolina.  CLE applications have been submitted for credit in the following states: California, Missouri, Colorado. Approved CLE applications will be announced as they come in.
