Southfield, MI (March 20, 2018) – Peter Keros of Bejin Bieneman was recently elected President of the Hellenic Bar Association of Michigan.
The Hellenic Bar Association of Michigan is dedicated to Greek-American legal professionals and to the entire Greek-American community of Michigan. In particular, the Hellenic Bar Association of Michigan serves to foster understanding of Hellenic tradition and to encourage those of Greek descent in the law.
Mr. Keros’ new role is to foster the organization’s vision and to encourage rising members. His current plans focus on increasing visibility of the association throughout Southeast Michigan and building leaders among Greek lawyers. The HBA currently hosts networking events and provides outreach to the greater Greek community, including celebrating in the annual Greek Independence Day Parade.
“I joined the Hellenic Bar Association of Michigan in Fall 2017 because it allowed me to embrace my heritage and to connect with other lawyers who share this proud heritage. The Greek-American legal community is strong in Michigan, and the HBA helps us to build that community further,” said Mr. Keros.
