Detroit, MI (August 28, 2017) – The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is hosting its 2017 Business Methods Partnership Meeting on Wednesday, September 20 from 1-4pm ET at the USPTO campus in Alexandria, Virginia. Mr. Bieneman will be speaking on tips for overcoming Section 101 rejections in the wake of Alice Corp. v. CLS Bank Corp. and its progeny. The event is free, open to the public, and will be webcasted to include viewing sessions at USPTO regional offices in Dallas, Denver, Detroit, and San Jose.
